Job Description
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Join a team that is innovating in security with the best and newest tools and technology to enable our customers to have fun and be entertained. We are looking for a selfmotivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong interpersonal skills and experience leading largescale initiatives. The successful candidate will manage technical projects and drive programs within our security engineering group establish and improve mechanisms and streamline adoption of our tools by builders in Games Media and Entertainment.
Key job responsibilities
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) you will be responsible for driving and delivering multiple complex programs simultaneously. In this role you will provide project leadership anticipate bottlenecks mitigate project risks quantify the impact of making tradeoffs and balance business needs against technical constraints. You will work closely with stakeholders across various teams to identify and drive innovative solutions that achieve business goals and align with longterm product roadmaps.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong PM/TPM background with demonstrated experience leading crossorganizational technical program management and technical background in fleet management.

5 years of technical product or program management experience
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
