The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) works backwards from our customers most complex and business critical problems to build and execute gotomarket plans that turn AWS ideas into multi billiondollar businesses. Within the Worldwide GenAI GTM team this position is a part of the Amazon Bedrock GoToMarket (GTM) Specialist team where you will lead GTM strategy for Models on Bedrock focusing on expanding model choice and access for customers. We define gotomarket (GTM) strategy for Amazon Bedrock and lead crossfunctional initiatives to expand existing markets develop scalable programs to drive adoption and identify new create sales plays leverage partners and build new initiatives that drive results for our customers. We provide critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap and work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers goals. In emerging areas we play a critical role as the first in teams to build markets for new services domains or solutions.
This involves activities including market sizing working with your counterparts from across the globe to build an opportunity pipeline working with customers to understand use cases and technical requirements working with foundation model partners to develop joint GTM strategies creating content to train the field teams driving industry thoughtleadership working with product teams to define new features. As the ideal candidate you possess a business and technology background that enables you to lead and drive engagements with customers from various segments from startups to multinational enterprises as well was to work with partners to develop GTM and cosell motions. You have domain expertise in generative AI and key ML powered use cases. You have the technical depth to articulate the benefits of Amazon Bedrock to data scientists and CLevel executives. In addition you have a good understanding of the GenAI market trends LLM providers ecosystem opportunities and are passionate about market development and evangelism. You will need to be adept at interacting communicating and partnering with teams within AWS (product solutions architecture sales marketing partner and professional services) and externally with customers and model providers. You will drive the development of the GTM plan for building and scaling adoption of Amazon Bedrock interact with customers directly to understand their business problems and work with and model providers and our solutions architects to help them define and implement scalable GenAI solutions to solve them.
Key job responsibilities
Lead Models on Bedrock GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales marketing partner product training and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of Amazon Bedrock.
Work closely with foundation model partners to drive GTM motions
Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy.
Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.
Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan .
Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events conferences symposiums etc.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
