Job Description

Are you looking for high impact market research role Do you want to work across Stores and Ads to create a world class experience for Brands If yes then we want to talk with you.
The Brand Experience team is seeking an innovative and highly motivated senior market researcher to help us define the future of Brand Building on Amazon.

This position will design and conduct research activities that inform concepts and design direction and that ultimately improve the Brand building experience for Brand Owners selling on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market research methods and best practices along with a nimble creative and pragmatic approach and topnotch communication skills.

This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction as well as the capacity to work quickly while delivering highquality outputs. This position will also require strong organizational & stakeholder management skills with the ability to multitask are critical. Amazon is a fastpaced and exciting environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with considerable ambiguity and will be able to thrive in a resourceconstrained environment.

Key job responsibilities
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize research questions based on analysis of current knowledge project goals and risks.
Identify research methods based on research questions timeline and resourcing.
Distill project goals and research questions into well thoughtout research plans.
Present research findings both verbally and in writing to leadership and partners.
Endtoend experience with all aspects of research (study design recruiting moderation analysis reporting).
Design and manage all stages of quantitative (e.g. surveys) and qualitative 1:1 interviews) customer research studies to answer key business questions including: research proposals research methodology design operational analysis and reporting
Personal experience as a moderator in a B2B setting
The ability to quickly turn around highquality study plans and reports.
Excellent communication presentation interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.

6 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience in B2B digital advertising and adtech products/services
Experience with statistical techniques and analytics such as MaxDiff Segmentation tools statistical testing

Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
Experience in advertising marketing or brand building.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
