We are seeking a Director of Provider & Data Services to be a part of our growing team responsible for serving physicians and healthcare providers during the job search process. This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer oversees the Provider and Data Services teams and interacts regularly with marketing content/media creative and sales teams.
This candidate would lead and direct the Provider & Data Services teams to procure enhance maintain and update provider candidate data in order to grow and stabilize databases through registrations and interviews. The ideal candidate will provide oversight and reporting on individual and collective production results with analysis and insights on trends and performance indicators to inform strategy and campaign performance.
Desired Skills & Experience
Fouryear degree in sales marketing or related field; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
510 years of experience in management and physician recruitment/sourcing
- Ability to read write analyze and interpret reports business correspondence and procedure manuals and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.
- Interpret a variety of instructions in written oral diagram or schedule form and apply crtical thinking to problem solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite specifically Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint; Salesforce GoToMeeting Jive phone systems Slack database collection and management programs
- Supervisory experience included but not limited to interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
