Skills:
Working knowledge of Department of Defense security requirements and UL alarm standards.
Excellent written and oral communication skills the ability to translate complex technical instructions into userfriendly actions and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of personnel.
The ability to operate effectively in a team and individual contributor environments is also required.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) applicable National Institute of Standards and Technologies (NIST) publications and other relevant national security policies.
Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) DCSA Assessment and Authorization Manual (DAAPM) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams to achieve business goals and compliance objectives within established milestones.
FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) and/or Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience Extensive knowledge with national industrial security policies and compliance programs
Education:
Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
