Baltimore Consulting is currently supporting a large London Borough with the appointment of an experienced Homelessness Operations Manager
Overseeing a team of 6 direct reports and wider team you will be responsible for the effective delivery and reporting of the Homelessness Prevention and Assessment complaints service working with the corporate complaints team to ensure both time and quality targets are met and lessons are learnt from customer feedback.
Areas of operational responsibility include:
A comprehensive service to prevent homelessness
Homelessness assessment service
Advice service for private sector tenants
Assessment & referral service for single vulnerable clients
Rehousing service that operates and maintains an accurate housing register
The experienced homelessness manager will be responsible for the delivery of both simple and complex projects that address both business risks and priorities reporting in the Housing Needs Meetings as well as all other associated operational duties.
This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional who possesses significant homelessness experience working within local authorities with high level stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to support a busy service.
