Job Posting Summary
The School of Health and Natural Sciences at Mercy University invites qualified candidates to be considered for the position of Adjunct Faculty of Exercise Science at our Dobbs Ferry campus. Priority need for faculty with CSCS and experience teaching Strength and Conditioning.
Adjunct faculty are not eligible for relocation assistance.Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Exercise Science or related field preferred M.S. in Exercise Science or related discipline required
- CSCS required
- Knowledge of teaching Strength and Conditioning at the collegiate level preferred
- Commitment to working with a diverse population of undergraduate students
- Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills
Salary and rank are competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Compensation is based on a semester and calculated on a semimonthly pay cycle.
Mercy University promotes a community campus environment. As a result employment is limited to the following states: New York New Jersey Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Applicants outside of those states or the USA will be required to relocate. Relocation assistance may be provided for eligible moves.
