This is a general posting that will serve to create a pool of applicants for adjunct faculty openings throughout theacademic year. Should we have an opening and be interested in pursuing your application we will contact you with specific information.
The Graduate Tax Program at Sturm College of Law is accepting applications for adjunct faculty to teach courses for the Summer Fall and Spring semesters of theacademic year. Adjunct faculty positions are nonbenefited positions. More information about the courses can be found on the Registrars Office Schedule of Classes faculty are required to teach as scheduled hold office hours assign papers and exams as appropriate and be available to assist students with assignments. Adjunct Faculty are required to comply with all Law School and University policies and protocols. The Sturm College of Law operates on a semester system.

Work Schedule
While the Universitys administrative offices are open Monday Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm faculty schedules vary from term to term and are based on courses taught service commitments and research agendas. The Universitys academic calendars are posted on the registrars website: law school is on a semester system and has a different academic calendar here: Deadline

Course Rate
The course rate for this position is $5559.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate departmental budget availability internal salary equity considerations and available market information but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
