Designation Strategic Account Manager
Location BKC Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Identifies new business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating relevant corporate entities.
Makes pitches/presentations to CFO/CXO level individuals for FSR&C bouquet of products like Supplier Risk/Distributor Risk/Compliance Solutions) & D&B Credit.
Completely owns assigned accounts from lead generation to final delivery of service offering.
Organizes and attends themebased events which cater to CXO/CFO Level individuals as part of the customer acquisition strategy.
Builds and maintains a strong sales pipeline in order to consistently deliver on set targets.
Maps allocated accounts and builds strong work relationships with clients for repeat business.
Regularly reports all sales activity and acts within the companys compliance framework.
Ensures process adherence at all times for error free timely delivery of projects.
Liaises with the operations team for a smooth delivery of the end product and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are met.
Maintains data/client contact details in appropriate data warehouses hygienically.
Files progress reviews and forecasting reports periodically as required by the management.
Key Requirements
MBA or any relevant postgraduation with minimum experience of 5 years in Corporate/B2B sales.
Should have good knowledge of the local commercial and industrial belts.
Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements.
Strong analytical skills and ability to provide value added insights.
Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
Create an environment orientated to trust open communication creative thinking & cohesive team effort.
Should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business.
Possesses excellent MSExcel MSPowerPoint and MSWord skills.
