Title:Associate Graphic Designer Research & Advisory (R&A) Studio

About the role:

This is a unique opportunity to join the R&A Studio design team and impact the Gartner client experience through creation of compelling design that supports and communicates our best practice insightdriven research. We are looking for a selfmotivated highly creative problem solver to design conceptual graphics information data visualizations layouts and illustrations that convey Gartners expert guidance and tools that enable faster smarter decisions and stronger performance on an organizations most critical priorities. As an Associate Graphic Designer you will work closely with internal stakeholders and other designers across the inhouse design team to deliver impactful and timely products and expertly apply brand and design principles to create effective content visuals that meet strategic company goals.

What you will do:

• Use effective visual communication skills to create highend work in a fastpaced and processdriven environment.
• Provide consultative partnership and collaborate to meet stakeholder expectations for creativity quality and accuracy
• Design and develop conceptual graphics and PowerPoint presentations including data visualizations custom illustrations and informationbased layouts for missioncritical clientfacing projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and working with Project Managers to communicate develop monitor and revise project scope documents timelines and processes
• Mitigate risk on projects by creating contingency plans and recommending solutions proactively engaging in problem solving
• Related duties as assigned

What you will need:

• Bachelors degree in a graphic design or closely related discipline
• 03 years (postcollege) experience in a graphic design role preferred
• Portfolio demonstrating excellent design sense and experience with visualizing content into appealing layouts data visualizations and conceptual graphics
• Possession of excellent oral and written skills including communicating presentations to internal and external professionals at all levels
• Ability to be a selfstarter pay strict attention to detail and multitask across multiple projects in a fastpaced teambased environment
• Comfortable designing in a team environment but also working independently.
• Experience with reading understanding and developing visualizations from complex data.
• Experience with visual and digital storytelling presentations and usercentered design
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign Illustrator Photoshop and Acrobat Pro
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
