YOU HAVE: - Strategic Operations Leadership. 712 years of experience in operations leadership.
- Education. BA or BS in management manufacturing technology engineering or equivalent experience. MBA advanced leadership training Lean Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt) preferred.
- Team Leadership & Development.Build mentor and inspire highperforming teams while fostering a culture of accountability development and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence. Proven ability to lead teams implement process improvements and optimize operations for efficiency quality and cost reduction in highvolume manufacturing environments.
- DataDriven Decision Making. Strong analytical mindset KPIdriven decisionmaking and ability to translate strategy into .
- Business Acumen. Experience managing full plant operations with financial planning and control experience including P&L ownership.
