As the Associate Director of Growth and Content Strategy for Dotdash Meredith you will be a key member of our Growth Team reporting to the VP of Growth and Content Strategy. Tasked with reshaping the future of publishing you will ideate and execute cuttingedge and holistic growth programs for our premium health brands across Dotdash Meredith including Health and more.

The Growth Team at Dotdash Meredith is a dynamic group of SEO strategists analysts and content experts dedicated to driving audience growth across our portfolio of premium brands. We collaborate closely with editorial product and revenue teams to develop innovative strategies that expand our reach and enhance user engagement. As part of this team youll be at the forefront of content innovation leveraging datadriven insights to shape the future of digital publishing. We strive to blend editorial excellence with strategic optimization ensuring that our content not only reaches the right audiences but also delivers meaningful value.
About The Positions Contributions:
About Your Contributions:
Drive editorial strategy
Study search demand & trends to identify growth opportunities for our content and product offering
Analyze revenue and make both editorial and datadriven decisions based on your knowledge
Craft and execute SEO tests to grow our knowledge of effective tactics
Lead SEO strategy empowering editorial teams to make smarter daily decision including topic selection style/formatting content organization and infusing datadriven userfirst improvements into the content production
Develop and maintain best practices across brands
Communicate effectively with the editorial team product revenue testing and all stakeholders across the organization
The Roles Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
About you:
5 years of SEO experience preferably inhouse at a large publisher or from an enterpriselevel digital consulting agency
Track record of delivering (and communicating about) business results from SEO investments
Experience analyzing large data sets generated from multiple sources including Web analytics site crawls (Screaming Frog DeepCrawl) and large thirdparty SEO databases
Exceptional Excel skills
Strong Webdevelopment fluencymust be able to write precise technical SEO requirements
Familiarity with analytics tools (rank tracking Google Analytics GSC Looker)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience scaling copy and editorial operations in a highgrowth environment

Salary: New York: $130000.00 $145000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Merediths total compensation package for employees.
