Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills: phone email and facetoface. Familiarity with SFSD computer programs. Knowledge of Google Docs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
The Clerical staff will provide office and organizational support for Extended School Year (ESY) services. The Clerical staff will assist with the daytoday needs that arise with educational programs. They will assist the ESY administrator with tasks related to notification of families staff organization of ESY paperwork and other duties as assigned.
PAY INFORMATION
Pay Day: Last working day of each month.
HOURS & FTE
Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
June 17th 19th plus June 16th as a work day
June 24th 26th
Off the week of July 4th
July 8th 10th
July 15th 17th
July 22nd 24th
