Job Purpose: To gain real world experience in the successful manufacturing of food products
Responsibilities:
- Gain exposure to the job responsibilities of a fulltime Team Leader
- Review production processes against the current Process Specification Summary
- Assist Team Leaders with information gathering to optimize performance
- Document job descriptions for key positions identifying major accountabilities
- Assist with the supervision of a staff of approximately 1530 employees
- The position is very handson interns are usually in the production area ontheirfeet about 80 of the shift
Requirements:
- Must graduate in August 2025 December 2025 or May 2026 and major in Supply Chain Operations Business Administration Agribusiness Management Industrial Management or related field with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred
- Demonstrated leadership persuasive initiative analytical and communication skills are necessary for success in this position
- Possess a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States a lawful permanent resident or have authorization to work in the United States
- Applicants must not now or any time in the future require sponsorship for an employment visa
- This position will require access to and/or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.
Location and Hours:
- Location possibilities include Atlanta GA Austin MN Dubuque IA Osceola IA Rochelle IL or Willmar MN
- Location is based on business needs at the time an offer is made
- Position is approximately 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending midAugust
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive wage
- The base pay rate $23.50 per hour
