About the role:
- Work closely with three highly regarded Partners on highprofile property transactions.
- Take the lead in property development acquisitions & disposals and infrastructure project work.
- Collaborate across practices including Corporate Construction and other key teams on multifaceted legal matters.
- Be a trusted advisor to clients on complex property deals and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced property lawyer who:
- Brings 4 6 years of PQE ideally gained from a reputable Property practice.
- Holds a law degree from a recognized Australian or New Zealand university with strong academic achievements.
- Possesses a deep understanding of property laws and regulations coupled with excellent drafting skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Excels in building and maintaining client relationships with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrates a proactive and solutionsfocused approach driven to deliver outstanding outcomes in every matter.
