Responsibilities:
- Provide and maintain an exceptional customer service experience sales and quality of service.
- Arrive on time adhere to agreed upon schedule and in dress code to maintain high professional standards and ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed to company standards.
- Identify guests needs and recommend skincare frequency and packages based on those needs.
- Develop and foster an inspiring culture where customers love coming to get waxed while exceeding their expectations.
- Maintain outstanding cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications:
- Required license: Cosmetology or Esthetics
- Sales experience preferred in a pay for performance compensation structure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
