In this role youll partner closely with a Marketing Director to design and execute datadriven strategies across digital and traditional platforms. With direct ownership of a key business line youll lead highimpact initiatives mentor a team and help shape the future of one of the most iconic brands in the industry. YOU WILL: - Lead Strategic Marketing Planning And . Identify and implement short and longterm marketing plans that drive growth across collegefocused product lines and customer segments.
- Develop Comprehensive Campaigns And Materials. Create highimpact messaging collateral email social and video content that engage college consumers and drive revenue.
- Partner Across The Business. Collaborate with Sales Creative Digital Product Marketing and other crossfunctional teams to align on goals and ensure flawless .
- Drive Brand Engagement And Customer Experience. Implement strategies to strengthen the Jostens brand within the college market improve customer experiences and increase buy rates.
- Manage And Develop A Team. Provide leadership to two direct reports supporting their professional development and ensuring team success.
- Oversee Budget And Forecasting. Manage marketing spend and develop forecasts that align with profitability objectives.
- Typical/expected of overnight travel:Up to 15 20
YOU HAVE: - Education. A bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism Business or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Experience. 7 years of marketing and consumer demand creation experience. Proven ability to drive engagement across multiple channels.
- Integrated Marketing Strategy. Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive on/offline campaigns including catalog online and retail marketing.
- Communication & Organization. Outstanding written and verbal communication project management analytical and organizational skills. Effective presenter with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- CrossFunctional Leadership. Strong interpersonal abilities and experience working across large matrixed teams to ensure alignment and integration.
- Team Leadership. Demonstrated ability to lead within teams motivate others and influence outcomes.
- Adaptability. Proven ability to think fast respond quickly and manage ambiguity in a fastpaced environment.
- Project & Time Management. Extremely adept at managing multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Technical Proficiency. Proficient in MS Project and other relevant tools.
- Inclusion & Collaboration. Ability to engage and seek diverse perspectives for the best possible solutions and outcomes.
- Preferred.MBA or 34 additional years of relevant business experience; familiarity with social media best practices and desktop publishing.
