In a nutshell
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join the IT Application Monitoring and Observability team at Eurofins. This global team supports over 62000 employees by collecting processing and visualizing data to ensure smooth IT operations. You will play a key role in developing datadriven applications microservices and leveraging DevOps practices to ensure robust system observability.
Where will you be based and what business will you support
You will be based in Barcelona Spain working within Eurofins GSC Spain and reporting to Cristian Bulgaru. Youll support global IT operations across the Eurofins Group.
How can you help us
By leveraging your expertise in Python SQL databases and DevOps principles you will:
Develop microservices and datascientific applications.
Work with SQL (MSSQL Oracle PostgreSQL) and Elasticsearch for data storage and retrieval.
Apply Bash scripting and container technologies (Docker Kubernetes).
Create effective data visualizations and contribute to system design using C4 UML and ArchiMate.
Collaborate crossfunctionally to implement reliable highquality software solutions.

You have:
Proven experience in Python for both data science and backend microservice development.
Indepth SQL knowledge (MSSQL preferred) and Elasticsearch familiarity.
Experience with DevOps tools: Docker Kubernetes GitOps CI/CD.
Bash scripting capabilities.
Familiarity with modelling languages like UML C4 and ArchiMate.
A strong problemsolving mindset and excellent communication skills.
The ability to explain complex topics to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
A proactive detailoriented attitude with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
What else should we know about you
You hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field or have equivalent practical experience. Youll be joining a fastpaced global team where adaptability curiosity and collaboration are key to success.
