Job Description
As a Senior Manager at Logic20/20 you will help develop business strategize for gotomarket and manage client delivery. This is a highly visible influential role entrusted with developing and delivering innovative consulting solutions. Along the way youll have the opportunity to provide mentorship and guidance as you collaborate with your team.
Delivery Responsibilities:
- Manage client engagement for complex transformational programs.
- Support the development of business and technical strategies business cases and implementation plans.
- Lead client interviews and facilitate engagement among stakeholders
- Work with clients to document and/or discover current and future state business processes.
- Perform and manage technical project work such as developing solution concepts reviewing vendors design documents and requirements traceability.
- Support business requirements definition and request for proposal development.
- Support proposal evaluation selection process statement of work development and vendor contract negotiation.
- Support or act as a project manager to develop project plans key milestones and project control structure.
- Transfer knowledge capabilities and skills to improve others knowledge and skill levels.
Business Development Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the business development process as a subject matter expert (SME).
- Support proposals and business development for utility clients.
About the team
The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and nextgen technologies to solve our clients toughest business challenges. Youll work sidebyside with architects managers and engineering consultants to gain a 360degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of clientfacing consulting experience at a leading consulting firm with 35 years at the manager level.
- Demonstrated experience navigating and managing relationships within large client organizations.
- Experience implementing enterprisewide solutions with both business and technical focus.
- Extensive experience developing PMO frameworks.
- Experience supporting remote sensing projects (e.g. LiDAR drone satellite imagery).
- Experience working within the utilities industry.
- Ability to influence persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Passionate about mentoring and developing consultants.
- Willing and able to travel when required.
Additional Information :
At Logic20/20 we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package with a target base salary range of $155770 $178900 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience skills qualifications and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performancebased bonuses and other incentives.
