We are currently searching for a Mainframe Developer:
Responsibilities
- Develop maintain and enhance legacy mainframe applications using COBOL CICS and DB2.
- Design and optimize JCL (Job Control Language) scripts for batch processing.
- Debug and resolve issues in mainframe systems ensuring performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate mainframe systems with web interfaces (HTML).
- Utilize SYNCSORT for data manipulation and largescale file processing.
Requirements
- 3 years of handson experience with COBOL CICS and DB2 in a mainframe environment.
- Proficiency in JCL and SYNCSORT for batch job management.
- Strong understanding of DB2 database design SQL and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with HTML for basic frontend integration.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
