Job Description
BioLamina is looking for a Graphic Designer with a scientific edge to play a key role in visually communicating complex scientific concepts. Your designs will engage researchers and industry professionals worldwide strengthening our global presence and refining our brand identity across both digital and print formats.
With a scientific background you will have a deep understanding of our customers needs allowing you to create designs that are not only visually compelling but also clear and impactful. Brand consistency will be at the core of your work ensuring a seamless experience across all customer touchpoints.
Success in this role requires the ability to transform complex scientific data into captivating narratives. Your expertise in datadriven storytelling through infographics and scientific imagery will make intricate concepts accessible to a broad audience. Through close collaboration you will contribute fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions and campaign development bringing creativity and clarity to every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to explore innovative presentation techniques pushing the boundaries of scientific employment will be on a fixedterm contract for an initial duration of one year.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develophighquality marketing assets for digital print and social media including brochures infographics presentations web visuals and videos.
- Transform complex scientific concepts into clear engaging and impactful visuals.
- Present ideas and concepts with strong visual storytelling to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain brand consistencyacross all platforms and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate crossfunctionallywith scientists marketers product teams and external partners to convey key insights visually.
- Stay ahead of design trends industry innovations and new tools to enhance visual storytelling.
- Experiment with creative formats to present scientific content in engaging and accessible formats.
- Contribute to brainstorming and campaign planning with innovative design solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Higher National Diplomain Graphic Design or a related field with a strong portfolio.
- At least 3 years of experienceas a Graphic Designer preferably in Life Sciences Healthcare or a related industry.
- A scientific background (education or work experience in biotechnology life sciences or related disciplines).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator) and Figma. Video editing and motion graphics abilities are desirable.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing and experience designing for various channels (social media web email print).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in motion design (After Effects Premiere Pro) is a plus.
