At Hormel Foods base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $17.44 $24.41 per hour and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including but not limited to jobrelated knowledge skill set level of experience and geographic market location.

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Employee Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and will play a crucial role in bridging communication between our Spanishspeaking employees and the management team. This position involves providing support addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment for all live production employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanishspeaking employees addressing their questions concerns and needs.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management ensuring that language barriers do not hinder understanding or productivity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Conduct regular checkins with employees to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide translation services for company documents meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Support HR in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing and conducting new hire orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to employee support.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel (day travel) within live production areas in MN/WI.
- Must meet all Live Production Biosecurity requirements.
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience in an employee relations or HR role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
