Schedule is part time OVERNIGHTS Thursday Saturday 10:00 PM 7:00 AM

Location: West Phoenix 85009

Job Preview at a Glance

As a Direct Care Provider you will provide screening assessment treatment planning life skills prevocational training related documentation case management crisis intervention individual and/or group counseling services to seriously mentally ill consumers in a residential environment. Responsible for contributing to and creating a recoverybased environment.

Pay range: $16 to $18 per hour based on experience and education

Schedule:

Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement consists of a 21year age
• A High School Diploma/GED and six months of fulltime Behavioral Health experience/integrated health experience; OR
• A related Associates degree and six weeks of fulltime Behavioral Health/integrated health experience; OR
• A nonrelated Associates degree and one year of fulltime behavioral health/integrated health experience; OR
• A related bachelors degree; OR
• A nonrelated bachelors degree plus six months of relevant experience in behavioral health.
• MVR clearance required.
• Must have fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive upon hire (as required per program requirements).
