Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Equipment Operator is to ensure the golf course and surrounding areas are well maintained according to company standards.
Work Performed:
The Equipment Operator will be tasked with the following duties responsibilities and assignments:
- Operate golf course maintenance equipment to include:
- Rotary Mowers string trimmers and backpack blowers
- Selfpropelled walking green and tee blowers
- Riding triplex mower on collars approaches fairways and intermediate rough
- Green Rollers
- Rake bunkers
- Prepare areas for seed and sod; and
- Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:
Preferred Prior Experience:
Previous Golf Maintenance or Landscaping Experience
Experience with hand tools mowers and other small engine equipment
Preferred Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Other:
Must be flexible to work days early mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
