What Youll Be Doing

Leading a hardworking team to crush production and distribution goals on time & on budget
Coaching mentoring and motivating team members to perform at their best
Conducting performance reviews and providing clear feedback
Prioritizing tasks delegating responsibilities and ensuring everyone stays on track
Upholding safety quality and efficiencyyour teams success starts with you!
Handling incidents problemsolving on the fly and keeping operations smooth
Communicating effectively with internal teams suppliers and leadership
Keeping accurate records reports and compliance documentation

What Were Looking For

Manufacturing or distribution experience (metal experience preferred!
Strong leadership & people skillsyour team needs a motivator not just a manager
Handson bootsontheground leadership styleno desk jockeys here!
Ability to stay calm under pressure solve problems and make decisions fast
Basic computer skills & ability to work with warehouse systems
Willingness to go through a background check & drug screen

Preferred:
Bachelors degree
23 years of supervisory experience in a similar field
Knowledge of metals & processing safety programs ISO standards lean practices
