Job requirements
- Design implement and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks specifically for Amazon Connect call flows.
- Utilize Cyara to simulate realworld voice interactions stresstest IVR components and validate the performance of contact center solutions.
- Integrate and manage APIbased tests (e.g. using Postman or custom scripts) to simulate inbound and outbound calls.
- Develop document and manage test cases plans and test suites within QTest.
- Track defects analyze test results and report on quality metrics to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements in testing processes.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and operations to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Participate in agile ceremonies provide timely feedback on quality issues and contribute to refining our testing strategies and methodologies.
- Stay updated on the latest testing trends tools and best practices ensuring our QA processes remain current and effective.
- Ensure all test documentation is complete accurate and adheres to industry standards.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and training materials for internal teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
- Handson experience with Amazon Connect including testing call flows and IVR systems.
- Proven expertise in using Cyara for automated testing of contact center solutions.
- Experience managing test cases and defect tracking using QTest.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python Java or JavaScript for test automation.
- Familiarity with API testing and integration of test automation within CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced agile environment.
- Experience with additional test automation tools and frameworks.
- Understanding of AWS services beyond Amazon Connect.
- Certifications in software testing or quality assurance.
