Your mission
As a Scientific Service Project Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our scientific services. You will work closely with other team members to maintain highquality transcription data accuracy and user experience supporting the continuous improvement of LabTwin our voicepowered smart digital assistant and other related voice products.
Fluency in both German and English is essential as you will ensure precise transcription and seamless communication for a diverse range of scientific users. Your expertise in scientific workflows and AIdriven speech processing will help refine our services and enhance user satisfaction.Key challenges for this role Are you up for it
Quality Control & Compliance
Collaborate withother Scientific Services team membersto ensuremanual transcription Word Error Rate (WER) stays below 3.
Conductdaily quality checkson transcriptions inGerman and Englishto maintain accuracy and reliability.
Identifyrecurring transcription issuesand share insights with the team to enhance AI training.
Uphold compliance withscientific and data integrity standards.
Customer Success & User Support
Work as a team to support thecustomer success teamby providing insights onquality issuesaffecting users.
Identify users facing challenges and proactively assist in improving their experience.
Providelinguistic and scientific expertiseto enhancevoice recognition accuracy.
Service & Collaboration
Contribute to team discussions onimproving transcription accuracy and automation.
Work together with theproduct teamto refine voice recognition capabilities and user workflows.
Collaborate with thedata science teamto ensure training data is clean and properly structured.
IT & Tooling Support
Assist in identifyingtechnical improvementsto streamline workflows and quality control processes.
Work with thebackend teamto enhance internal tools for better service efficiency.
Help troubleshoot technical issues affecting transcription quality and workflow.
Your profile
MustHave:
MSc inBiotechnology Biology or a related scientific field.
Fluent in both German and English(spoken and written).
2 yearsof experience in awet lab environment.
Experience in quality control and working with datadriven accuracy metrics.
Strong understanding ofAI and NLP modelsin scientific applications.
Highlycollaborative detailoriented and proactivein problemsolving.
Techsavvy with the ability to troubleshoot IT issues effectively.
Nice to Have:
Experience in a customerfacing role within the scientific or biotech industry.
Familiarity withspeech recognition systems and quality assurance processes.
