Fairmont Gold Supervisor

As Fairmont Gold Supervisor you will bring our exceptional Fairmont Gold standards to life not only by delivering warm personalized service to our guests but also by being a role model for your Colleagues.
Reporting to the Fairmont Gold Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- To monitor maintenance of the physical Fairmont Gold product (Guestrooms and Lounge)
- Review all Fairmont Gold reservations to ensure guest requests are met
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and appropriately while logging and notifying proper areas
- Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty
- Provide exceptional concierge services to our guests
- Ensure all Fairmont Gold Standards and operating procedures are adhered
- Ensure food & beverage service in the lounge is executed smoothly and safely. This applies to breakfast service canaps service and the honor bar
- To follow department policies procedures and service standards
- To follow all safety policies especially surrounding food safety
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be available on weekends.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in luxury guest services is required.
- A valid and active ProServe Certification is mandatory.
- Experience with Property Management Systems is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications is required.
- Previous experience in food and beverage is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Highly responsible reliable and punctual.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to remain calm courteous and attentive to guest needs at all times.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- A University/College degree in a relevant field is a plus.
