Were currently seeking an efficientBranch Administration and Sales Support Managerprofessionalto join our team at our Warrnambool branch.

About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Branch Manager this role is responsible for providing support to our Sales teams and performing branch administration duties. This role will predominantly be supporting the Warrnambool branch however may provide support to Mortlake branch on an ad hoc basis.

The main responsibilities may include:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in identifying sales and crossselling opportunities
  • Ensure professional and prompt customer service is always provided
  • Accounts payable expenses banking stock control ordering receipting
  • Accounts receivable debtor management
  • Maintenance of office supplies
  • Maintaining our finance accounts and identifying opportunities
  • Processing AP invoicing
  • Maintaining safety processes within the branch

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in an administrationbased role. You have experience working in a busy environment and ideally have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent computer skills including SAP Outlook Word & Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills
  • Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
  • Effective time management
