Job Description
Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist you will assist customers with requests enter data accurately and ensure smooth operations. You will provide inoffice aftersales support including handling orders complaints and billing while following the right processes. Your role will be key in strengthening customer relationships and maintaining service efficiency.
General Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer requests orders complaints billing and inquiries
- Enter and update accurately customer information orders and any relevant information for recordkeeping
- Follow standard procedures to ensure consistent highquality customer service
- Provide quick friendly and accurate support for sales inquiries and periodic walkin customers
- Identify solutions proactively and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues escalate to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely followups
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Work experience in call center/ B2B customer service environments
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Fluent in local languages and ideally in English written and spoken
- Proven ability in multitasking and prioritizing workload
- High attention to detail followthrough and accuracy
