As a Principal Technical Program Manager youll need to be a pragmatic strategist that can translate business needs into workable technology solutions that scale both technologically and operationally. You will partner with business experts scientists and engineers by leveraging new trends in Information retrieval low latency and high throughput distributed systems deep learning inference systems and faulttolerant application hosting frameworks. Successful candidates will have an established track record of delivery of complex software systems excellent project management skills keen technical aptitude solid communication skills and be driven to achieve results in a fast paced environment.
1 Own successful delivery of large high impact and highly crossfunctional product initiatives while simultaneously and accurately tracking a set of smaller projects
2 Drive strategic crossfunctional planning leading discovery and prioritization by closely partnering with product managers and engineering leads to develop program plans that include roadmaps dependency identifications and resourcing plans
3 Manage bottlenecks provide escalation management anticipate and make tradeoffs balance the business needs versus technical constraints and maximize business benefit while building resilient systems that power great customer experiences

Creative Infrastructure develops scalable solutions that help both enterprise and emerging advertisers generate highquality brandconsistent creative assets optimize their campaign performance and manage their creative workflows efficiently through Amazon Ads.
Experience in technical product or program management
Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
Experience as a leader who can prioritize well communicate clearly and effectively influence across crossfunctional teams
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Bachelors degree in computer science engineering analytics mathematics statistics IT or equivalent experience
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement
