Job Description
At Lupes Mexican Eatery we are currently hiring Shift Lead members for our Dana Point location! We are looking to expand our team with energetic selfmotivated eager to learn fast individuals who have the desire to succeed and grow within our restaurant.
We provide training and real advancement opportunities for you to develop into leadership roles within the Lupes company.
Parttime and Fulltime available.
Responsibilities
- Train coach and develop employees and team leaders
- Delegate tasks to team and provide followup
- Ensure team provides fast friendly and accurate service
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and coworkers
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fastpaced highvolume clean customerfocused restaurant
- Strong timemanagement skills; ability to multitask prioritize and organize
- At least 1 year in a shift lead position
