Job Summary
Gain practical experience and exposure to the professional world whole providing a broad understanding of various aspects of our organization and industry and allow participants to contribute to real projects and tasks.
As an intern at Stewart you will have access to work on realworld projects gain insights from mentors and leaders throughout the organization and can participate in social and community events to enhance the experience ultimately providing you with tools to support your transition from college to professional life. Our Summer Internship program runs June 2 August 8 2025.
During the internship you will:
- Assisting endusers with hardware and software issues diagnosing problems and providing solutions to ensure smooth operation of systems.
- Performing regular updates patches and maintenance tasks on desktop systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for procedures troubleshooting steps and technical specifications to aid in future problemsolving and system management.
- Working closely with senior engineering staff to learn best practices participate in project workflows and contribute to the development and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Providing guidance and support to users on new technologies and tools helping them understand features and improve their productivity with desktop systems.
- Be supported by a mentor your manager various business leaders and the Human Resources team all of whom will ensure you have valuable learning experience
- Receive coaching and direct support and feedback to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop skills in your functional area of focus
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and interns to inform your project(s)
- Learn internal processes systems and other industryrelated information
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program with an IT focused degree
- Be located in Houston TX for duration of summer program
- Thrive in a fastpaced environment and have the passion and energy to leave your mark.
- Be resultsoriented innovative collaborative analytical handson inquisitive a quick learner proactive and have excellent communications skills (both written and verbal).
- Have an eye for continually seeking to enhance a process or approach while successfully delivering on assigned projects.
- Be adept at handling a changing workload and high volume of information.
- Be able to fulfill the duties of the role in either an inperson or remote environment for the duration of your internship (locations and format may vary).
- Be available to complete the entire internship program as defined by the communicated program start and end dates.
- Be fluent in oral and written English
- Be eligible to legally work in the country in which you are applying without company sponsorship or time restriction.
