We are seeking Data Associate for our annotation and data investigation operations team. This team plays a critical role in improving Alexas natural language understanding (NLU) leading to improved CX quality metrics and positive business impact. The Data Associate should have a passion for data efficiency and accuracy and will work under the direction of Operations manager and Sr. Data Associates.
What we look for:
Curiosity and initiative. Rather than waiting to be told what to do you are forever hunting down to new opportunities and testing fresh ideas.
You can read write and speak fluently both in Portuguese and English.
You live in Bucharest or are ready to relocate. This position requires you to work from the office.

This is an officebased role in our Bucharest Romania office working Monday to Friday.
Key job responsibilities
As part of your role you will have the opportunity to:
Process annotation & data investigation tasks with high efficiency and quality in a fast paced environment;
Deliver on assigned SLAs and KPIs like productivity turnaround time quality etc;
The tasks will be primarily repetitive in nature and will require the candidate to make judgmentbased decisions keeping in mind the guidelines provided in the SOP;
Contribute in team initiatives to improve overall process efficiency and quality.
Upperintermediate level in English (minimum B2
Proficiency in Portuguese (minimum C1
Baccalaureate (high school diploma)
Excellent MS office skills especially MS Excel
A Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience
Comfort working in a fast paced highly collaborative dynamic work environment
Strong problemsolving skills
Able to work in a diverse team
