What you will do
You will accompany the customer value journey for our SaaS product IQA from beginning to end leveraging your tech savvy and business acumen. As a Value Engineer you will be at the forefront of changing the manufacturing industry through nextlevel lean management practices while championing sustainability. As a crucial link between the Growth and Customer Success Teams you will:
- Accompany our clients for the entire customer value journey with IQA from the first software demo through the pilot phase to rollout
- Identify the most pressing customer needs early in the process and communicate how IQA will help to solve these
- Accompany the pilot phase as well as the IQA rollout and build a strong and trusted relationship with the customer
- Use your knowhow of production processes and your understanding of the customers pain points to identify how IQA can become a major value driver for the customer
- Promote IQA by showcasing the software at customer meetings or industry events
- Influence ONIQs product strategy incorporating client feedback and ensuring our solution remains responsive to client needs and market trends
What we expect from you
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills outgoing and communicative personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset to drive the transformation to sustainable manufacturing with our digital solution IQA
- Ability to understand the most pressing customer issues in production and to present our matching solutions
- Strong customer and sales focus to achieve the best results both for the customer and ONIQ
- Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Several years of experience working in production management lean manufacturing operational excellence or similar
- Excellent language skills (English and German C1
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings or industry events on occasion
