The Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) Systems Security will drive the of security programs that ensure the secure development and deployment of Amazons fulfillment systems and robotics infrastructure. This role requires strong security expertise stakeholder management and program leadership to embed security into product development effectively.
The Sr. TPM will collaborate with security engineers development teams IT and leadership to integrate security best practices identify and mitigate risks and establish scalable processes to improve security posture across complex and evolving technologies.
Key job responsibilities
Lead Security Programs: Drive security initiatives by embedding security engineers into development programs ensuring security is a foundational aspect of product design and deployment.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between security engineers and development teams influencing leadership and ensuring alignment on security priorities.
Process & Framework Development: Establish scalable security integration processes define KPIs and improve workflows for embedding security into fulfillment systems and robotics.
Risk Management & Compliance: Identify track and drive resolution of security risks while ensuring compliance with security policies and industry standards.
7 years of technical product or program management experience
5 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
