Job Description
Amazon Robotics is seeking an experienced and solutionsoriented Program Manager to join our Technology Deployment Content Capture Generation and Deployment (CCGD) organization. In this highimpact role you will be responsible for driving the development and maintenance of comprehensive deployment playbooks that are critical to scaling Amazon Robotics technologies across our global operations.
Skills and Experience:
Proven track record as a Program Manager leading complex crossfunctional initiatives
Excellent content development and process engineering capabilities
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively coordinate diverse teams
Experience applying lean principles to drive continuous improvement in deployment processes
Familiarity with deployment modeling and technology strategy development
Key job responsibilities
Lead the creation and continuous improvement of deployment playbooks for Amazon Robotics technology programs
Complex stakeholder management: Collaborate crossfunctionally with diverse teams including Product Launch IT Systems Integration Retrofit Readiness Strategy and Operations Robotics Deployment Engineering Deployment Modeling and more
Incorporate lessons learned from alpha beta and general availability deployments to prevent recurring issues and optimize processes
Track product changes and translate them into actionable learnings to enhance deployment efficiency
Develop process engineering standards that promote the highest quality and lean principles for global technology deployments
Assist in systems strategy development defining metrics and reporting to ensure timely and accurate data collection
Partner with leadership and Amazon Finance to quantify the value proposition of reduced deployment times and develop white papers to justify new deployment strategies

As a part of this team youll be involved with the evolution of brandnew Amazon Robotics technologies from prototype to global implementation onsite.
Witness the lifecycle of new robotics technological innovation and what it takes to improve deployments and get the technology up and running efficiently.
Youll collaborate and create the Playbook and standards for global deployments of exciting new technology solutions!

5 years of program or project management experience
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Able to travel throughout North America and Europe up to 30 of the time
2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
