ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated Theatre Booking Officer to join us at St Vincents Private Hospital Kew Campus. This role is available as either a fulltime or parttime position offering flexibility to suit your worklife balance.

As a key member of our team you will work collaboratively with surgeons practices to ensure smooth and efficient theatre bookings for our patients at Kew campus. This role requires strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and a patientfocused approach to scheduling surgical procedures.

ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in this role you will have:
Exceptional customer service skills with experience managing patient interactions in person over the phone and in writing.
Strong attention to detail accuracy is essential for managing bookings and scheduling.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology (Certificate in Medical Terminology preferred)
Experience with patient management systems (highly desirable)
Advanced computer skills with proficiency in booking and scheduling WebPas systems
