The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fastpaced exciting and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Health Stores & Tech team in Seattle Washington.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars planning and organizing events of all sizes and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

A day in the life This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives and external business partners. The candidate will help build a positive team environment demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate leaders needs and drive improvements to support the broader HST organization that deliver orgwide impact for the success of the HST Team. In addition to project ownership and support of two Directors (calendar management travel expenses etc. this Executive Assistant will partner with the Lead EA for specific programming needs across HST including assist with HSTs Space Management.

3 years of senior level leadership support or 1 years of Amazon experience High school or equivalent diploma Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience in a fastpaced hightech company Experience managing multiple calendars
