The BCP team develops payment products and solutions tailored for business customers. Leveraging strategic partnerships with financial institutions we enhance the endtoend payment experience for businesses on Amazon and Amazon Business. Key job responsibilities
Design develop test deploy and support largescale multitiered distributed software applications and tools that redefine the customer journey for Amazon B2B Cobrand Customers.
Incorporate customer input and ensure consistency and intuitiveness of our services building highly available and faulttolerant distributed systems.
Leverage problemsolving skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and simplify complex and ambiguous challenges by utilizing AWS services tech strategies and robust backend services.
Take ownership of the longterm quality and success of your teams products driving continuous improvement in engineering and operational excellence.
Ensure robust engineering practices including quality design reviews automated testing and full CICD pipelines.

3 years of noninternship professional software development experience
3 years of serverside development experience
2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Experience with full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations
Experience in building distributed systems using synchronous and asynchronous communication with strong objectoriented programming knowledge in languages like Java.

Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
