At Lely we develop smart solutions to make dairy farming more sustainable and the Zuora subscription and monetization platform plays a vital role in this journey. As a Zuora Application Expert you will ensure the seamless operation of our Subscription and Order Management Billing Cash Collection Accounting and Fulfilment processes. Whether you are already a Zuora specialist or eager to develop expertise in this domain you will be the goto person for all Zuorarelated insights. You will work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts translating business needs into efficient and scalable Zuora processes.

Beyond daily operations you will continuously seek opportunities for improvement monitor system performance and ensure that updates and new features are implemented effectively. Your role is essential in ensuring a reliable and futureproof Zuora environment that supports Lelys ambitions.

Your main responsibilities

As a Zuora Application Expert you will be responsible for:

• Designing implementing and optimizing functionalities in Zuora collaborating with external partners when necessary.
• Analyzing and enhancing existing processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Proactively monitoring system performance and ensuring stability.
• Providing expertlevel support troubleshooting issues and guiding users across the organization.
• Managing and handling data within Zuora including executing queries and creating insightful reports.
• Keeping up to date with Zuora developments and ensuring Lely benefits from the latest innovations.
• Understanding and supporting Zuoras integration with other business applications.

Qualifications :

We are looking for an analytical and proactive professional who understands the importance of system reliability and business process optimization. You enjoy working in a fastpaced innovative environment and have a structured approach to problemsolving.

You also meet the following criteria:

• A bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field.
• Experience or strong interest in working with Agile methodologies.
• A critical and solutiondriven mindset with a proactive approach to improving processes.
• Knowledge of finance order management invoicing and cash reconciliation processes with a basic understanding of bookkeeping principles.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions including APIs workflow automation and data queries.
