Job Description
Restoration Project Lead – Salt Lake County Utah County Ogden
Pay Rate: $19 $25 per hour (Based on Experience)
Position Type: TemptoPerm 23 Candidates Needed
Great Basin Staffing is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Lead to oversee residential and small commercial restoration projects across Salt Lake County Utah County and Ogden. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage project scopes coordinate teams and ensure quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
- Provide professional communication and customer service to clients.
- Estimate project scopes and manage budgets effectively.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools for restoration work.
- Perform drywall base casing painting toilet installation and light cabinet installation.
- Oversee and lead small teams to ensure timely and highquality project completion.
- Utilize estimating software and project management tools (preferred).
- Navigate insurance claims processes (a plus).
- Drive company pickup trucks must have a clean MVR.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restoration remodeling or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Basic computer skills (experience with estimating software is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and problemsolve onsite.
Position Details:
- Hourly Pay: $19 $25 per hour (based on experience).
- Location: Salt Lake County Utah County Ogden.
