Job Description
We are looking for a frontend designer/developer to create new websites and refresh existing websites for our clients. We are a digital marketing agency that believes that digital tactics work best when we can drive traffic to a highlyfunctional hub. There is no reason for a company to invest in a digital strategy if their website is outdated. You will work with our team of Digital Marketing Strategists Copywriters and SEO Specialists to create an outstanding online presence for each of our clients ensuring that their website and other digital channels are working together.

We expect our web designer/developers to have design capabilities in addition to the ability (or willingness to learn) to build out a website. You must be able to listen to a clients goals and ideas and create a website that exceeds their expectations.
As a successful member of our team you will:
- Possess excellent design skills
- Be familiar and experienced with Wordpress & Shopify development and Google web tools.
- Have a thorough understanding of website hosting management and DNS settings.
- Work efficiently and be able to juggle several projects at once.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines without fail.
- Cultivate an understanding of digital lead generation and conversion rate optimization.
- Understand Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Care deeply about creating work that delivers results.
This isnt the kind of gig where you can work through a couple of rounds of changes and be finished with the site. We will continue to tweak a website until the client is thrilled or a landing page until our ads are converting. We design great looking sites that also must work to generate leads or sales.
Youll be given the freedom to share your ideas and expertise. Youll have responsibility for your own client projects but will be part of a tightknit highperforming team to help you succeed.
KWSM operates on a 9/80 work schedule. This means we have every other Friday off allowing us to get more accomplished in fewer days and enjoy threeday weekends every other week. We work a hybrid schedule 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. We offer health insurance 401K 3 weeks paid vacation 11 paid holidays a year and many opportunities for internal promotion mentoring professional development and leadership.
This is a fulltime salaried position. Salary range: $55 $70K
