Job Description
We are looking for a seasonedTechnical Delivery Manager for our Website Platformswith vision creativity management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. In this role you will collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute a comprehensive web strategy lead cross-functional teams and deliver best-in-class website solutions that enhance the customer journey and drive business outcomes.
JOB DUTIES:
- Lead website development teams from concept through launchcreating actionable plans managing workstreams and ensuring timely execution of new initiatives.
- Execute the roadmap for the organizations global website experience.
- Collaborate with Product Owners UX marketing engineering and external partners to determine feature priorities and implementation plans.
- Facilitate alignment between business and technical stakeholders through clear communication and structured decision-making.
- Proactively identify risks and remove blockers to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously seek opportunities to improve visibility scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 8 years of experience in website development digital delivery or technical project management.
- Proven experience with large enterprise customer-facing websites or web applications.
- 3 years of leadership and team management experience including working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong attention to detail a passion for quality and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership urgency and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced evolving environment with a high degree of accountability.
WE VALUE:
- Experience with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and DevOps workflows.
- Agile Scrum or PMP certification.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
- Passion for UX and customer-centric design
- Prior experience in code level development of web applications
