About This Role:
Process & Procedures: Responsible for the development testing and implementation of quality controls production goals new methodologies and system enhancements. Identify and escalate business risks and efficiencies resulting from an activity being performed within a department.
People: Monitor coach and recommend additional training solutions for team members to maintain or exceed established standards of productivity quality of customer interactions and accuracy of customer transactions.
Right Person Right Role: Identify and select the right people for the role. Aligns employee strengths skills knowledge and abilities to ensure goals are met.
Communicate Clear Expectations with Measurable Outcomes:Develops and articulates actionable and attainable expectations / goals for team members by providing context big picture and defining what success looks like
Work coordination: Identify opportunities and allocate team resources effectively regarding daytoday functions and responsibilities to achieve the highest levels of quality efficiency and performance.
Understand and comply with the Banks BSA/AML Program; adhere to all bank policy laws and regulations applicable to role.
Demonstrate professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.
Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance punctuality and adherence to agree upon schedule.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Required:
High school graduate or GED.
Supervisory/leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Excellent time management skills
Ability to define problems establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask as needed.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
Desired:
Working knowledge of Retail Lockbox Processing functions
Bachelors degree in business related field.
Knowledge of diverse banking products and processes.
Previous experience writing presenting and facilitating the training of policies procedures and best practices.
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $50998.00$84148.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience education and/or skill level.
