Ansell is looking for an IBP Strategy Lead to join our team in Brussels.

Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a structured rolling monthly process designed to align strategic and tactical plans across all functions. It ensures the creation of a unified operating plan to which executives are accountable. By integrating strategies into product demand and supply reviews and involving finance in every aspect IBP provides Ansell with a robust framework for facilitating effective decisionmaking to drive sustainable growth.

IBP is not just a supply chain process; it has a much broader reach. It is a crossfunctional Executive sponsored (CEO/CFO) process which connects Ansells strategy and business plan to ensure seamless and delivery. By aligning strategic and tactical plans each month IBP helps in the continuous reoptimization of plans as circumstances change and the allocation of critical resources such as people equipment inventory time and money. This process ensures that Ansell can plan and manage the entire organization over a 24 month horizon to satisfy customers in the most profitable way

The IBP Strategy Lead will play a critical strategic role in shaping and advancing the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align with the organizations longterm vision. This position is responsible for driving the evolution of IBP maturity ensuring its integration with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of informed crossfunctional decisionmaking. By providing a forwardlooking perspective on demand supply portfolio changes and financial implications the IBP Strategy Lead will enhance the organizations agility and competitive advantage.

This role will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership ensuring that IBP insights and recommendations drive alignment across business functions. The IBP Strategy Lead will establish a standardized strategic IBP framework that enables scenario planning risk mitigation and proactive strategy development.

The IBP framework will apply to the five global Business Units (Mechanical Chemical Single Use Surgical and Scientific) and seven regional Customer Units (EMEA ANZ Med EMEA SUI Asia North Asia South LAC NA MED NA SUI).

Please note that no relocation assistance will be provided for this position.

What your role will be

Collaborating with our cross functional teams and reporting to the VP Supply Chain you will have the opportunity to:

Define and champion a longterm vision for IBP that aligns with corporate objectives ensuring a strategic enterprisewide approach to planning and decisionmaking.

Frame and shape decision making at an executive level.

Partner with senior leaders across Supply Chain Finance Sales Marketing and Operations to embed IBP as a core driver of business strategy.

Provide strategic insights and scenario analyses that enhance executive decisionmaking and improve organizational responsiveness to market dynamics.

Lead the evolution of IBP maturity by integrating bestinclass methodologies fostering executive sponsorship and driving continuous improvement. Coach and lead all levels of IBP stakeholders to develop and demonstrate strong decisionmaking.

Ensure IBP aligns with strategic initiatives including portfolio innovation capacity planning and financial performance objectives.

Establish a robust framework for identifying assessing and mitigating risks while capitalizing on emerging opportunities within the IBP process.

Develop and refine strategic KPIs that measure IBP effectiveness and enhance visibility into enterprisewide performance.

Identify and drive highimpact improvements that enhance IBP agility efficiency and strategic relevance.

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership translating IBP insights into actionable recommendations that shape corporate strategy.

What will you bring to Ansell

  • 10 years of experience in strategic planning supply chain finance or business management with deep expertise in IBP or S&OP at a leadership level and strategic transformational consulting.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive enterprisewide alignment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of leading transformational initiatives.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed crossfunctional environment with a focus on strategy development
  • Expertise in scenario planning financial modeling and longrange business planning.
  • Proficiency in IBP/S&OP tools and analytics platforms.

Fluent in written and spoken English
