About the role
As a House Manager you will work in partnership with a Therapeutic Specialist and Case Manager to lead the implementation of theChildren and Residential Experiences (CARE) model and ensure a safe homelike environment that supports Young People in our care to thrive.
You will lead motivate and mentor a team of dedicated youth support workers within a therapeutic residential setting whilst also supporting Young People to develop independent living skills engage in education and remain positively connected to their team of Care Workers Families and broader community connections.
This permanent full time position is based in Dubbo NSW.

- Diploma in Community Services Youth Work or a related field (desirable but not essential for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants with relevant experience)
- Leadership experience in services supporting children and young people such as outofhome care (OOHC) and Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) settings
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities complex health needs or behaviours of concern
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team embedding therapeutic care practices
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011 certificate
- A current unrestricted drivers licence
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check NSW Working with Children Check and NSW Residential Care Workers Register checks
