A day in the Life:
- Lead and manage EHS staff and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Develop and conduct EHS training and risk assessments.
- Represent the company in interactions with regulatory bodies.

- Strong relationshipbuilding and effective communication skills.
Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Engineering Chemical Engineering or a related field (MS or equivalent experience preferred).
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of EHS experience in the chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry.
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety protocols.
- Proven track record in continuous improvement environments.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Expertise in regulatory compliance Chemical Safety Process Safety and Occupational Safety.
- Strong background in Environmental Compliance and Permitting.
- Proficient in software tools such as Outlook Excel Word and Visio.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role requires occasional travel up to 30 and the ability to manage EHS operations in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
