Job Description
As a Loan Administrator you will manage loan applications update client records and liaise with lenders brokers and stakeholders to ensure smooth loan processing. Your role is key in ensuring compliance accuracy and efficiency in handling mortgage applications.

Your Daily Tasks
Loan Processing & System Updates:
- Update core loan processing systems including Broker Platform AOL and Simpology.
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot) for accurate tracking of client data.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy protocols.
Client & Lender Communication:
- Provide clients with progress updates at least every two days.
- Communicate with lenders via portals phone and email to provide documentation check rates and clarify eligibility.
- Refer any creditcritical issues to the Mortgage Choice Franchisee/Manager.
- Keep managers informed on all activity and loan progress.
Document Management & Coordination:
- Prepare client documents and ensure compliance with Google Drive Vault and other systems.
- Coordinate with stakeholders such as solicitors conveyancers and real estate agents.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Prohibited Activities:
- Providing financial advice to clients.
- Conducting endtoend financial analysis or lender solution assessments (only under broker instruction).
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 1 year of experience in Australian mortgage processes and credit.
- ApplyOnline experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex loan structures.
- Understanding of secure data handling protocols with personal data.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Customer service experience with a focus on client support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Drive email calendar and PDF tools.
- Strong IT competency to learn and adapt to ApplyOnline and loan systems.
- Ability to identify and suggest process improvements for greater efficiency.
