Job Description

Join our dynamic TPM Management Group a team dedicated to ensuring rigorous oversight of Third Party Manufacturing (TPM) operations for key late pipeline and newly commercialized small molecule products.

As a Third Party Manufacturing manager you will collaborate with stakeholders across Operations to drive excellence and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all operational aspects of TPM including equipment performance cycle time and yield.
  • Collaborate with Operations Pipeline teams to facilitate the supply of key intermediates and drug linkers to company sites and other biological TPMs.
  • Develop strong relationships with firsttier TPMs monitoring manufacturing performance using appropriate metrics and conducting campaign reviews.
  • Ensure TPM work processes align with the companys quality expectations through proactive collaboration.
  • Communicate TPM performance to internal stakeholders highlighting issues and improvements that impact downstream operations.
  • Represent Manufacturing in discussions with internal Brand Teams concerning manufacturing processes with specific TPMs.
  • Foster a culture of performance improvement at TPMs and lead related programs to achieve cost savings for the company.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in a science or engineering discipline; advanced technical or business qualification preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in operational or technical roles within API ADC or drug product manufacturing in a GMP environment.
  • Expertise in account program or technical transfer management along with proven relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence is advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen and functional leadership required for effective performance in a complex operation.
